I watched braniac once and they asked the same question, turns out the best thing is a big fry up. It replaces all the nutrients that your body has lost trying to get rid of the alchohol!

Most hangovers are due to dehydration of the brain, ironically enough, so drinking water may help.

Take 2 Anadin Extra (ideally before you go to bed the night before - but they'll kick in soon anyway). Also, get some crisps & chocolate down you. Gets your salt and sugar levels back up.

Lots and lots of water for hydration (as alcohol dehydrates) and a lovely fry up to absorb the drink!
I feel your pain. Though you'll vow never to drink again, you'll be at it again soon!
