I just bought these crocs shoies online and they dont fit, they're way TOO big... and uncomfortable it's like walking in plastic boxes, it's horrible..
Should I take my chances again and try buying more shoes online ?
The thing is I wear size 11 shoes and have a hard time finding my size in my city, I live in montreal where size ZERO is the norm.. (very petite women here)

these are fantastic websites for hot shoes and they come in mostly in men sizes so a size 11 in womens is a 9.5 in mens so they have alot of shoes that size

If I were you, I would take the time to drop into a higher-end shoe shop first, and get a professional shoe sizing. Make sure you get the numerical size and the width size as well (for example, I wear a U.S. size 11 shoe, wide-width.). Armed with this knowledge, it will be much easier to buy shoes online. Also, make sure the sizes you are buying are equivalent to the size you wear in Canada. For example, I wear a size 11 here in the states, but in the U.K. I'm in an 8.5-10! Shop at a reputable site where they give you a good description of the shoes and pics of all sides of the shoes. Last, make sure that there are reviews by other shoppers of this shoe and how they liked/disliked the shoes.
Give online shoe shopping another chance but be smart doing it. Know your feet and what they can handle. And remember a simple rule when shoe shopping: You're feet carry you everywhere you go pamper them with quality over quantity. Your feet dont know how many shoes you own; they just remember the ones that hurt them.

Zappos has a free return policy and also reviews from consumers that rate the shoes according to if they are true to size etc.

I wouldn't if I were you... it's not easy to find shoes that fit well without trying them.. Clothes in general. Look for more shops in montreal. You will surely find shoes for you :) good luck! besos!

I have purchased both dance shoes and regular shoes online. I have never had any problems.
Some websites such as Zappos.com and Endless.com have very good return policies.

hmm, shoes are difficult. there is actually no standardized measurment like there should be. make sure they have a return policy.
