Yes, all the time.

Published and well-reasoned estimates of the rate of accretion of interplanetary dust and meteorite fragments are mostly in the range from 30 to 60 tons per day, although one recently-deceased expert believed it was more like 300 tons per day.

But even 300 tons a day for 4.5 billion years would still amount to less than a ten-millionth of the earth's present mass.

Yes the earth is gaining massive amounts of weight daily with all the obese women we have walking around these days. there are no records to prove the weight gained by earth since its formation. but the earth is definately gaining weight by the constant impact of celestial bodies like meteors, comets and other small unidentified bodies.
But the weight gain is very less when you compare it with the weigh tof earth. For sake of comparision try removing a hair from your body and try to find the difference in weight.

I can see what you are getting at with meteorite impacts and such, but the amount of density stays about the same at 40^12 metric tonnes despite what Man might put into space. Since the Earth was formed only 2% of the Earth's water has evaporated into space.

I guess if we all started out as sperm and an egg then grew and we have more people then ever before, then yes it does.

Also think about all the falling stars and cosmic dust that the earth must collect so I think it gains it more then loses it.

With meteores hitting it constantly, it should gain a small ammont of weight. I don't think we are losing any. Matter is just converting from one form to another.
