Please be specific while asking the question and be it clear.Secunderabad city came from the name Sikunder Ali It is not any second. Similarly Hyderabad named after Hyder Ali.

Secunderabad takes the name after Sikunder Ali and not because it is second to any thing. Similarly Hyderabad after the name Hyder Ali. Actually i do not follow exactly what you are trying to ask. Please be specific.
