I act like a normal person......you do know a celebrity is a normal person but just makes more money then we do and is in tv......
I say this because i meet celebritys almost everyday because i live a few blocks away from them and we go to the same grocery store and a few of them know me already.....
People like
that dude Zack Efron and that Gf of his.....
Tom and Katie
Jennifer Lopez and Mark
jhonny depp
Kate Moss
and some other celebs i dont bother think of.....
What Miami is swormed with celebritys.....

I stared at this woman thinking to myself Yuck! Why would anyone want to dye their hair white. Turns out it was Christina Aguilera. That was awkward.
Celebrities are indeed just like anyone else. They are horrible, mean and nasty to "the little people" until they realise that that "little person" was a hell of a lot more important than they thought! Then are are disgustingly fake and pally. Not all of them I'm sure, but certainly a few...

I don't know how I would act if or when I meet a celebrity. As super duper scared as I will always be, I will probably never ever meet a celebrity.

it depends on the situation or occasion. if you happen to just see a celebrity doing their own thing, let them. they wanna go on with their activity as normal as possible. its enough that you have glanced at him/her once or twice (just to make sure it is really him/her) DON'T stare!
if you meet a celebrity in a closed function or formal setting then keep in mind the proper decorum.

I pass out. I met a NY Yankee once. Bernie Williams and just stood there staring at him then almost passed out. LOL DUHHHH me.

I usually keep it casual, not too excited, just friendly and QUIET. I met "Billy Joel" two summer's ago while fueling up my boat in (where else) "Oyster Bay", I've had more exciting conversation's with a "COKE" machine !

A CELEBRITY IS A HUMAN BEING JUST LIKE YOU OR MYSELF. THEY USE THE BATHROOM AND PAY BILLS JUST LIKE US. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE PLACED OUT OF REACH, OR ABOVE THE LAW. YES THEY DESERVE WHAT EVER REWARD FOR ENTERTAINING, BUT WE ALL HAVE TO LIVE, AND EVENTUALLY DIE.

initially don't be like 'OH MY GOD IT"S (insert their call right here) i like YOU!! YOU ROCK HOLY CRAP!!!' basically be your self however possibly ask for a image or smile and in case you ought to, ask for a hug and be YOU!
