sounds perfectly normal morning sickness can happen any time in pregnancy, and being tired is a sure sign because baby is taking up your energy, every pregnancy is different and doesnt sound like anything is wrong at all

You are one of the lucky ones! Many women have a range of symptoms but a select lucky few get away with little to non as you explain! Sickness is more common in the first 3 months but some women suffer throughout, again mood swings can come and go. It really depends on the amount of pregnancy hormone you are producing & how it effects your body. To be relaxed & happy & laid back about the whole pregnancy is something all women desire to be so I'd take great advantage that you feel this way without trying & enjoy it all! There is nothing wrong with your growing baby & your regular checkups & scans will show this. It is much better for you & the baby in anycase while you are so relaxed so take advantage - sometimes different symptoms occur later on with the pregnancy & you will be glad of the time now if that day arrives! Good luck with it all!

Hi there,

I was exactly the same! I was 22 when I had our son (first pregnancy). I didn't get any symptoms for ages. I had terrible pubic symphysis disorder from 23 weeks. Other than that, I just felt tired and hungry like you - which is explainable because the baby is using up all your energy. I didn't have morning sickness as such. I just felt sick all the time (but was never physically sick) and couldn't eat a lot. That started at about 14 weeks and lasted til 19 weeks, then at 22 weeks as he was growing I found that I would get full easily - there wasn't enough room for a full stomach and a big baby. As I got to 30 weeks I found that I literally had a couple of mouth fulls and was full. If I forced myself to eat more food I'd be sick. That lasted right to the end of my pregnancy. I actually lost 3 stone whilst I was pregnant because I just couldn't eat and didn't need to go into maternity clothes at all.

Every pregnancy is different. Some women suffer terribly with morning sickness and other symptoms. Think yourself lucky. If you have another baby you may discover that you get morning sickness very bad and the symptoms are completely different - like I said every pregnancy is different. Enjoy it!

There sounds like there is nothing wrong with you, pregnancy is different for all women. It sounds like you're lucky with your symptoms, things like morning sickness usually subsides in the 2nd trimester but can re-emerge in the last trimester, but some women don't get it at all. You're tired because your baby is growing at it's fastest rate now than at any other time of the pregnancy and your body is working hard. Hungry is good too, just make sure you are taking 800 mcg (I think it's 800 mcg - check with your LMC or pharmacist) of Folic Acid a day and keep feeding that baby. If you're really worried that much talk to your GP or LMC and I'm sure they will be able to put your mind at ease.

Good luck, pregnancy is ace. Just enjoy the experience! Congratulations :)

Hah hahha nothing wrong with the baby, but you should still have your check ups, very healthy you are, I did the same thing and thought the same way, Tired everyday, ate, ate and still ate until I was almost 200pds. (never do that again) good news though back down to 115.. Warning: never try that! A good friend told me once to just eat all I wanted cause I would lose it after the baby, huh! 2 years later! And also, I never got morning sick once, somethimes in the evening I would feel a little dizzy or something, but that was about it. I have to say I was the happiest pregnaunt girl you would ever see, My cheeks were so plump that I sqeented . You sound like I was, and now my beautiful baby is 12 now....

I didn't have morning sickness really at all the only thing that made me sick were certain smells and not eating the moment I got hungry. Also SLEEP as much as you can cause in about 5 weeks sleep is no longer as easy as it once was. You will feel happier and more relaxed try to stay this way because mood swings are hell, I would cry at the drop of a hat but also I don't get irritated at things that use to bother me. I think the extra hormones help to relax you during the first trimester.

Good Luck! And remember you can always ask your OB/GYN.

You have to mean that you are 4-5 weeks pregnant. You can't be having symptoms at 1 week pregnant. Week 1 is the start of your cycle.

When I found out I was pregnant I didn't have any symptoms and when I got the morning sickness at around 6 weeks I wished that I don't have it. Some people don't even get morning sickness so I think you're lucky.

Every pregnancy is different and some woman get symptoms and others don´t. Morning sickness usually appears round about weeks 6 - 10, and disappears again at weeks 12 - 14.
If you not having symptoms count yourself lucky....

You're so lucky!! Everyone is different, some people don't get morning sickness and sail through without any symptoms at all apart from tiredness. You maybe lucky enough not to get stretchmarks either.

There's nothing wrong with not having any of the bad symptoms, everyone is different, your next pregnancy in the future could be torture so enjoy this!!
