i went to Opera.com but Order evaluation prompt me for company URL, is there a way to download for consumer?

If you want to buy 'something' on Opera.com , of course it'll ask you your company/organization . The stuff from Opera.com which you can buy is listed here http://www.opera.com/buy/
Like suppose if you want premium support from Opera or you want to buy Opera for pocket pc or windows mobile phone etc. etc. you go to that page, and fill in the form which asks you your company/organization

Also if you want to evaulate Opera for devices http://www.opera.com/products/devices/evalkit/ you'll have to submit your company URL ...also they'll email you with username and password and then you can download the evaluation kit. there's nothing you can do about that if you want Opera for devices.
