There are a few specifics you should be aware of before you do.
If there is glass or Plexiglas between the sunlight and the reptile then the UV rays are blocked, glass and Plexiglas block UV rays. Use netting or some other type or breathable material.
Make sure there is plenty of water and shade for the reptile so it doesn't overheat when outside.
I take my reptiles outside often in the summer and they seem to thrive.
-Good luck.

If you mean through the window and then through the glass in the aquarium, no. If you want to take him outside to get the direct sunlight..you would need to take him out for about 45 min every day and make sure that he has sun and shade with a wet washcloth in the shade so he can cool down if he gets hot. But for full time lighting it would be easier to have a screen top that u can buy at pet stores and buy the lights that u can sit on the screen to give your turtle his proper lighting.

Direct sunlight means sunlight unfiltered by glass, plastic, or heavy screening. This is always better than artificial lighting for any animal that benefits for UVB or other aspects of sunlight.
If you can provide direct sunlight, remember the other problem- heating. Make sure your turtles have access to shadier areas at all times so they can choose to sun-bask or hide, heat or cool themselves.

If you have your turtles directly outside then yes. This would result in them getting direct sunlight and all the UVA/UVB that they need. If you just want to put the tank by a window then no. UV rays do not penetrate glass which thus defeats the purpose of having it this way. Even if your aquarium isn't glass, your window is.

in case you could get a reveal like the only you've on your homestead windows at homestead that would want to easily sparkling out 30% of the uvb rays. which will be slightly extra effective than the clear textile till that is a mesh form textile. they likely favor more desirable than 2 hours although. like 8 will be extra like what they might get contained in the wild. yet you're surely on a good commence purely understanding your turtles favor uvb and are trying to do something about it.
