It's a good song, and much older than Sanjaya.

It means "Kiss me a lot," more or less. It was composed in 1940 and inspired by a Spanish opera. The composer was a 16-year-old girl from Mexico.

It has been a very popular song for a long time and I like it.

I've never heard Sanjaya's version.

Poor Sanjaya...he seems like such a sweet guy. Too bad he can't sing. I had never heard it until his rendition of it and I do like the song.
