You don't. If you want a move made, you make it yourself. But remember that exes are usually exes for a reason, and whatever it was that caused you to split up the first time, you will only get another dose of the same thing if you get back together.

You don't. You have to initiate it and hope for the best, but if you're trying to start off with manipulation, there may be a reason you're not together any more.
