say that you are getting new flooring or carpeting so the ground looks absolutely horrendous and bugs are appearing out of nowhere
or.
you're repainting, so all your furniture is covered up in sheets and you sleep in a sleeping bag in the kitchen
or. if she's allergic to animals, your dog has just had puppies or cat has just had kittens.

say something like u have planned a holiday around that time and won't be there, just make sure ur story is bullet proof so she won't come round to check and find out u lied lol
and if she asks to come over while ur away say no because u already promised ur friends they could stay there or something like that
