m = (8 - 21) / (5 - 18)
m = (-13) / (- 13)
m = 1
y - 8 = 1.(x - 5)
y - 8 = x - 5
y = x + 3

y=x + 3

use
y-y(1) = m (x-x(1))

m = (y[2]-y[1])/((x[2]-x[1])

use the formula:-
(y - y1) = (- ( y2-y1 ) / ( x2-x1 ) ) ( x-x1 )
thus the answer is
y = -x + 13
