It depends. Men and women think somewhat differently, and since smart is actually an aggregation of different skills, a comparison is rather pointless.

Hey if a man can teach a grill things then he is truely the smarter human. Are you trying to same man and girl? Well, in that case, men are adults and girls are adolcent, but what I think you are trying to say is men and WOMEN. I am not a girl, and I take offense at being called one. I am an adult, I am a woman. But at any rate, it's all case dependent, there are many many men much smarter than I but on the reverse I think I am smarter than many men out there. Intelliegence can't be judged by gender or race.

It doesn't matter if someone is a man or a woman. Their life's experiences (the total package - I don't want to leave anything out), and their ability to learn and experiment matters most in making a man or woman smart. The answerer above said it well. EDIT - I meant supergirl. By the time I finish typing my answer, a couple of answers add up before mine. I am a woman, and I learnt this by experience.

I've read that some believe women are but personally I think it depends upon who the man or woman is ,their education ,native intelligence ,experience and approach to life .
