What can you do if you get cheated on ebay?

Purpousfully sends bad merchandise, counterfeit, ect. What can I do about it?

I would say nothing. Ebay does not care. I actually sent them a note that someone was buying gift cards with stolen credit cards. They sent me back some form letter. I contacted them again. Again they did nothing. Then someone reported they were scammed.
CNBC had a special about stolen merchandise being sold on Ebay, and how they were doing very little, except saying their legal folks say they are OK.
