I've been hearing a lot of talk from Israeli media of a possible war coming this Summer with Syria and/or Iran. What are the indications/sources of this, especially such a specific timeframe? Do you think that this is likely or unlikely?

Meow Mix - I'm not confusing the Summer of last year with this upcoming Summer. Yes it is probably that Olmert will give in in the next couple days and resign (at least that's the mentality in Israel right now), but another PM would be elected by the time Summer 2007 occurs! Well, if war is started I would not want to be the country's opposing Israel......God's chosen land and people.Watch out! It will be bad for the non believers.

I don't see how that can be when Omert is under pressure to step down for last summer's Israel/Lebanon war. May be you're confusing with 2006 summer.

This is news to me! I doubt VERY much there'll be any kind of conflict between Israel & anyone... Particularly since they're currently up in arms about how their Leaders led them into that war with Lebanon LAST year...

I think your hearing about Isreal not ruling out a missle strike on Irans Nuke facility. This would indeed start a conflict possibly world war3???...In the near future I'd say its not likely.
