yes, there are very few people who have come to terms with themselves enough "to be alone with themselves". it seems to me that when a person learns to be comfortable with themselves, the more they appreciate the people in their lives

I think people stay together because of the familiarity. I do know some people who are afraid to be alone, but their confidence isn't great. So they just settle, instead of finding out who they are and what they want to be.

I'm not scared to be alone. In fact, I wish I had more alone time. I hate having people around all the time.

what are you talking about I'm alone all the time, for some reason everyone seems to be afraid of me, i am completely harmless. well maybe that statement could go to them.

Yes, we do! I fear aloness sometimes, but then once I have someone around me ALL THE TIME, I usually want my " Alone" time for myself again.
