Yes... it drives me crazy. Even if I close the blinds, some annoying beam of light aways finds it way through and lands right on my eyes- I have to get up and toss a blanket over the window or I won't be able to fall back asleep.

Always does, that's why I finally bought heavy drapes that have a backing on them to keep out the light, the cold in the winter and the heat in the summer. :o) Yeah! They also help shield noise from the street.

I don't leave mine up. but from the cracks some light comes through and I hate that, but I turn my head the other way and can usually go back to sleep.

No, don't leave the blinds open. In fact, they are closed and we even have blackout curtains. I'm weird about my windows, they all have coverings on them. I can't stand the thought of someone looking in...

i never have my blinds open. im only usually in my room to sleep. but it probably wouldnt wake me up becasue of the big tree by my window.

Sure dozes, i take blankets and cover my head , roll over to other side go back to sleep.

No, it will most likely be idiot neighbor # 1 playing his guitar badly (very loud), or idiot neighbor # 2 cutting down a tree with a chainsaw.

i depend on this to save my life. except when i have like to get to the airport at 5am in the morning. that would be HELL! then i better hope my 5 alarm clocks work.
