Where are you located? You can get them at the bookstores but if you're trying to get one online, try e-bay or check out this link: It's a Tagalog-English glossary. (--,)

Pete, if you're in the Philippines, try looking at the University of the Philippines. They completed a large scale updated Tagalog - English dictionary a few years ago, maybe four. As far as I know, this one contains colloquial terms as well. Maybe if you check Amazon.com as well if you're outside of the Philippines. I'm not sure if you can order books from the National Bookstore in the Philippines yet, but if you do a search it may come up. Check for the ISBN as well, that will make your search a lot easier as well
