Please believe me, I'm no hater; however, I hated her last CD. TOO MUCH HOLLARING, and not enough singing! She sings the way she talks, tone quality. She is really a soft spoken person and when she projects in song, her tone becomes harsh. Really listen to, "Listen" on the high notes...it screeches in spots. She pushes too hard on high notes. She has been manufactured as a singer for many years, so naturally, she will look fake to some. Her acting has a bit to be desired as well. I suspect she will improve in time. I am happy for her success!

She can definitely sing. But I think she needs to start singing more mature songs. She tries to have this classy, mature, lovely lady image. But still does kind of childish songs. I love her and I'm a fan. But it's time for a change. She needs to do songs that shows off her vocal abilities.

i think she trys to hard to be a big star. she has an awesome voice and some catchy stars. a bit too over rated though.

i think she is talented and beautiful. she has a very good voice, although somethimes shes a little too....manufactured. she is so perfect that she occasionally lacks feeling. however, if you see dreamgirls she was awesome in that.
