Should Yahoo have a Thumb Down LIMIT of say 10 Per Day?

I don't know but sometimes I go back to the question I answered to find I got thumbs down even though my answer was well thought out and certainly not provocative. I really feel Thumbs Down should be used for bad answers or the Troll people. For those who are Thumb Down Happy I just wish you would get tunnel carpal or something you twisted maniacs.

well looks like the Thumb Down people are doing their best at least two thumbs down for everyone so far do they realize there are no points for being a jerk?

Amen! I wouldn't mind the Thumbs Down so much because it doesn't really mean much, but it gets to me sometimes, when I am just then clicking on the "Submit" button and it automatically has a "Thumbs Down" appear. It is as though some person has it in for me and hasn't even bothered to read my answer. That bothers me because I can't figure out what would make someone so mean over answers.

Edit: This was one of them. I hadn't barely even clicked on the submit and there appeared a thumbs down. I sometimes think people don't like good answers or are maybe jealous because they can't think of anything good to write.

you need to be on level 2 to do the thumbs up and down. you need 250 points to be on level 2•

Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down should be equal, no limit.

just roll with the punches. Personally I don't give a hoot if I get a thumbsdown unless someone posts a reason I might be incorrect, then I just listen to the argument and learn from it.
