have you ever been alone then thought you saw something move?
happens alot to me, and it usually isnt in the corner of my eye, it is sometimes when im staring into the darkness when im bored

It is stuff in your eyes that make things look like there is something there when there isn't any thing there. It happens to me all the time when I am alone all the time.

Spirits... I see them all the time.. Usually out of the corner of my eye but when I look there is nothing there.. So it must be ghosts

your mind being surprised by movement etc. I get it when I'm shutting down at work some nights...I think people are still in the gym LOL. It always gives me a quick pause.
