Do rich people like to be more rich even doe they are already rich?

I always see this things in my country people from which are in the top class society, primarily going to politics (you know where large money is involved ) but why do they have this thirst for money if they can buy all the things they always wanted??

Because they always have the fear that they will drop out of the upper class. So they have to do everything they can to stay there. When you have nowhere but up to go, you have nothing to lose, but when you are already up there, you have everything to lose.

It is their fear of going down to the lower level of financial status, As rich accumulate more riches, the more they think they need more because their greed has taught them to have more than what they need. It is no longer just money but it is the kind of money that will give them influence, power and authority.
