some scientists find that there is ice on mars I'm guessing that is water. but mars is a lot colder as well other kinds of liquids could also be frozen there

UUmm not sure of your question, but i'll guess. There has been proof provided by NASA that the molecules responsible for water do exist on Mars. But in its liquid form - no.
