Relax, Tash*, you sound like that ghost on 'White Noise.'
A D& C or Dilation and Curretage is a surgical procedure to scrape (and/or suck out) the inside of the uterus to remove all residue of the fetus and placenta etc.
Sounds to me like your GYNO scraped a little too much/hard and that this is intrauterine scar tissue or a 'scab'. It takes a long while for everything to sort out after pregnacy, miscarriage, and a D&C on top of it! The cramping is your uterus contracting to get it out. The liquid is flushing it out. It's out, so your bod is doing its thing.
Wet, white, clear, odorless, and stringy stuff is normal.
Stinky green, grey, yellow, cheesy, and stuff that looks like grapes is abnormal! Your D&C would have discovered a molar preg. and/or you would have most certainly passed a 'clump' by now if your body is able to pass viscous clots.
Ask yourself, kinda gross, but ... does this look or 'feel' like a menstrual 'blood clot' minus the blood? It does not sound like infection b/c there is no smell, correct? ... fishy, funky or otherwise?
If an odor develops, see you doc. And don't take or do anything until you do. Wear pads if you start to bleed again, Avoid thongs and panty house, tight jeans. No 'fun' for your, ahem, you-know-what for a while either!
I just read your earlier posts: avoid tampons. These are 'aggravating' the problem and preventing your uterus from healing properly.

This sounds weird!! BUT, to be honest, the first thing that came into my mind was.... uterine lining. Since you miscarried (sorry) you don't need the uterine lining anymore (which provides nutrients for the baby) so that'll start to come out. As for the stringy things... I have no idea what that could be. Get your uterus checked out again please... try several different gynecologists until you get your answer, I know some doctors aren't very reliable. Go to the clinic and ask there too, not just the hospital.
All the best.

Hi, no don't relax!
There is a remote chance (1/1000-1/2000 that you could be experiencing a "Molar Pregnancy" or "hydadiform mole".
This is essentially a malformed placenta and often times includes a discharge of "grape looking"/bunch of grapes".
It is know to be precancerous so you should not relax and find an good ObGyn that has had experience with this . It does mimic pregnancy early on but I have seen cases that have fooled many experts.
Do it NOW !

If it looks like mucus then it's normal. It's just heavier on certain days of the month depending on your cycle. If it gets a bad odor or starts irritating you "down there," then it's time to get it checked out for a possible STD.

It sounds like some kind of infection. You really need to go to the gynecologist and have a check-up.

It could be the membranes that would've attached the placenta to the inner wall of the uterus.
