i'm having trouble finding websites that discuss this. the websites i've found merely state, "racism is continuing, even today," but i need sources that tell me why and provide examples. can anyone help me?! pleeeaaaaaseee!!!!!!!

you can find all the info about racism you could ever want but as long as you are hearing it from the perspective of people in america you will be hearing a full load of b******t everytime
affirmative action makes sense because i deserve to pay for the alleged injustices of others who i had no other affiliation with other than skin color
that makes sense... but only if your black and need a job
the best thing for anyone to do is look first at themselves and clean up their own little corner of the world before trying to debate things like don imus trying to get a rise out of people.
racism towards people from the middle east is sometimes as much about survival as it is about a perceived prejudice, dont forget there are many millions of people who believe we should be killed for the simple fact we are different, unfortunately they are mostly cowardly people who work night and day to blend in and hide their true feelings...
i could point you in the direction of all the racism you'd ever need, but it sounds more like you are looking for information about white people that are racist.
maybe its just time to call racism racism and instead of counting the number of black head coaches in the nfl we should compare the % of white defensive backs to the percentage of white people in america...
usa sports... now there is a selection process that is biased maybe check into that

Do some field research. Interview some people. More rewarding than net or even books.

i don't know the school, but you can google it i'm sure. there's a high school in alabama or georgia that JUST had it's first mixed race prom. every other year there was a black prom and a white prom. there were a lot of stories in the news about how parents reacted, and how there still were separate proms because of the racist vibes still down there. not sure if that helps, but there ya go
