Any Arabic restaurant has a good vegetarian menu and there are lots around detroit. Al Ameer is probably the best, its on Warren Ave in east Dearborn. Most arabic restaurants also serve raw juice cocktails that are really good.

I don't live in Detroit, but often Indian restaurants have great vegetarian choices. Maybe there is one near your home.
