Normally they just pop up in my head. but i carry a clipboard at my job and i have a blank pice of paper in case a good question pops into my head and i can ask it in here, truly pathetic right?

Tell you the truth, more often than not I can't really come up with a good one. I come up with what I THINK is a good one and I get two measly answers, both clueless. The blank piece of paper idea is not so pathetic if you can move and shake this answering community, which for the most part is too lazy to bother to respond to anything more challenging than "what's your favorite color" or somthing a trifle off-color. Or you could be a pseudo-famous whatever and get a little "official" badge under your avatar and get thousands of lame answers. Whatever floats your boat. I will await with baited breath (whatever that means) for your next profound question.

I'm the same as you, they usually just pop into my head. However, songs inspire some. As do emails, my daughter, my mood.....
Nah, that's not pathetic. I should start carrying a piece of paper and a pen around! lol

They come right off of the top of my head. After twisting the idea left and right, I usually come up with something that's passable for a question.

not pathetic at all, lol. i usually go to y/a at night b4 going to sleep, when am in my bed am thinking of what to ask, when i get a good onesometimes am so excited cuz i think that question would get a lot of answers, lol, i like when they get a bunch of answers.
