Pb(NO3)2+ Zn --> Zn(NO3)2+Pb.
The metal formed (lead) is grey.

CuSO4+Mg -->MgSO4 +Cu.

Copper(ll)Sulphate is blue in colour, magnesium is grey in colour and the metal formed(copper) is reddish brown.Hope that this helps.
