Okay wrap your arms around yourself and give a little squeeze there now you have been hugged, now turn that frown upside down, takes less muscles to smile than to frown, and like they say dont worry be happy... there is always someone, some where out there that has got a little more reason to be sad ... think happy thoughts and be greatful for just being you...
