I have stopped to help other people of different races many times. Perhaps you have a more precise scenario in mind. If you want people to examine their own behavior, try something like:
A guy about 20 years old is looking for his lost dog. Will you help him look? For how long? What if it gets dark?
Does it make a difference if he's black? If the neighborhood is mostly black? If he's described as college age rather than 20ish?

I would be as likely to stop and help no matter the race but I am very careful about situations like this. I would rather call 911 and send help.

Like if they needed an ambulance and some pressure applied and someone to tell them to lie down and stuff..
However if I was walking home at night and some dude was like 'help me find my dog!' or 'can you give me a ride to the gas station' i wouldn't. I don't care what color they are, if they're like older than 8 years old I'd just run away. If they weren't bleeding or dying, that is.

I don't know if I'd stop, for safety reasons, no matter what color they are, but I would definitely call the police or 911 or something and let them know that someone is in trouble.

I belive in helping others no matter what color they are. Unfortunally I would even help a klan, or skin head in need. Thats just me.

Better believe I would. I hate the thought of anyone being in distress.
