it would help if somehow their salaries suffered if they make wrong calls

YES it totally bugs me. I think that refs, umps should be put in the spotlight when they mess up, and also that they should be publicly fined. I think that some refs think they are bigger than the game.

Yes, especially when the announcers dont say anything about it. That really infuriates me haha
