That can vary depending on your frame size.
If you are a small boned frame, a medium, or a large.
You can tell by wrapping your fingers around your wrist on the opposite arm. If your thumb and middle finger touch just barely or not at all you are a large. If your thumb and middle finger overlap to the first knuckle you are a medium and if they overlap to the second knuckle you are small.
If you are a medium to large you ideal weight should be between 145 and 165 lbs.
However ideal is usually too thin, so add about 15 to 20 and there you are.

well I am 5'11" also and I weigh 130 pounds, but people are always saying I'm too skinny. My dad even gave me these fat shakes to drink. So I would say dont be less than 130.

Go to this web site. Depending on your age also. Your 71 inches. Put your age with what your weight is and it should tell you..Go to google and ask BMI chart. This should give you accurate results...
