Well first off avoid really high cut legs on the swim bottoms. unless you are trying to make your legs look even longer. Hipster style bottoms look good on smaller butts.

For tops, while bandeau tops and triangle tops look nice on a smaller chest, if you are going to use them for swimming a lot a halter style would be best:

Another great avenue to consider is the monokini. Super cute, overall is the least likely to give you problems while swimming:

Now if you are more for appearence then function go for cute bandeau or sliding triangle top and cute side tie bottoms:

Oh another cute option for the bottoms is something with a visual element, like a ruffle skirt:

Hope this helps, there are lots of sites with cute swimsuits. It just depends on where you like to shop and what you are thinking of spending.

I'll leave out the links and I'm not worried about a best answer.

I would suggest a nice-looking one-piece, possibly with some cutouts on the sides, and look for comfort and security.

You sound like you're pretty, but you also sound like a bikini might not be your best choice, partly because of security--you could lose part of the suit in the water--and also the suit might move around and make you uncomfortable.

Any swimsuit will emphasize what sounds to me to be your best asset--your legs. You don't say your hair color or general skin coloring, but I would suggest choosing colors or patterns that will complement those colorations.

Have a great summer!

You can never go wrong with a bikini. Just get one that has some padding in the chest to help you stand out a little more. Bikini's are definitely the way to go. I'm a fan of one's that have strings hanging from the sides on the bottoms. Wear light colors such as pink, yellow, white, blue, etc....

attempt a tankini. they are like a bikini yet your boobs are literally not part of what holds the showering tournament in structure. it is going to also help you've the ability to instruct slightly your mid section yet nonetheless stay age apropriate. Dont worry about not haveing too a lot on proper immediately, you're about to bypass by a wide enhance spurt and also you may want to enhance quickly. solid success. :)

Long legs are not a problem when it comes to swim suits.
