I broke my humerus in my arm a year ago, when you get those breaks they put you in a brace instead of a cast that fits over the broken area and your arm can be in a sling or just hang there. Any way when mine healed the top part of my humerus laid on top of the bottom half, kind of like taking your index finger and putting it under your other finger with the fingernail at the underside of your knuckle, so it healed like that, which is normal, but good bone was on good bone so nothing needed "healed" in that area so now I have a hole that goes through the middle of my bone. Dr said I would be easy to identify If I needed to be identified by my bones. Nice to know LOL. I told him I would tell my husband so he would know. LOL. I thought it was interesting, and I have an xray to prove it.
