Whenever you have a verb in french you have to conjugate it according to the pronoun that's being used (of course you should bear in mind the verb tense). For this phrase there doesn't seem to be any verb tense. If it was conjugated in the present tense it would be "vous êtes finissez" - you finish and if it was written in the past tense it would've been "vous avez finit" - you finished. If you wanted to say "Are you finished?" you have the choice between saying "Est-ce que vous avez finit?" or "Avez-vous finit?" "Vous ette fini" is a grammatically incorrect phrase.

It's spelled Vous êtes fini, and it doesn't mean "Are you finished?" --it means "You are finished." You can check it out at this website: http://www.freetranslation.com/ , or at other websites which you can find by doing a search on the internet using < free online translation> as your search term.
