it's happened when i tried to copy a data from my cd

There is either something wrong with the data on your cd or your cd drive is not reading the data correctly and should be replaced. Go to the following web site for more information on this error.

This is usually caused by a bad copy of the data. When a file is written there is a crc calulated for it when it writes to the drive (hd, floppy, cd, any storage) This crc is read when the file is copied or moved etc. If the data read does not generate the same crc then the computer returns the error message to tell you the file is corrupted.

if it only from that cd, then ur cd is gone bad. It means its not readable.
