Are you asking whether your equation is correctly written?If that is your question then it is alright except that you should put the state of the reactants and products.Like this:

HCL(aq)+NaOH(aq) -->H2O(l) +NaCl(aq).

What's your question. The reactants will react to form the products, and the equation is balanced.
