It depends what or who makes me angry. If I see animal cruelty, I cry. If I see stupidity on the road, I scream. If someone at work makes me angry, I walk away.

It depends on how angry I am. It also may depend on who has mad me angry. If I have gotten to the point where I have finally had it with someone who has continually pissed me off on a regular basis, that may set me off more than usual. But if I am at my angriest, I am apt to throw somethings, curse ( I always hate myself afterwards for that) and while all that is ensuing, I am usually crying, at the same time. Usually, when I am mad, and you see that I am crying, it is best to get out of my way. :o(

Don't Stand in the way of my bedroom door. One time I did that I slammed it and the metal bit that's attached to the door handle knocked the wooden bit on the door frame that keeps the door in one position and it went through and out the other side. I've even slammed my old wooden stair gate so hard that it came out of the wall literally. I even swear as well.

I'm guilty of lashing out with very unpleasant and cutting comments. I'm not as bad as I use to be though. A lot of the time I can just walk away now, shaking my head as I go.

2 years is relatively no longer an prolonged time. Couples of 5 or 6 yrs may even ruin up. so.... whether it relatively is merely no longer precise whilst he stated so. it may annoy me too if i've got been on your subject. yet properly, you may continuously have some words with him afterwards.

Nowadays, I walk away. My temper has got me into too much trouble in the past and that's the best way for me to deal with it.

I have these bad stomach problems usually,
sometimes I lie down if at my house,
i cry,
i use medicine lol
i try to relax,
iclose my eyes, lol
and if i go to sleep and wake up i am usually ok
or I EAT

I cuss some bitches out. Say **** whateva I got 2 say and then If they keep sayin' **** I start swingin'. I seriously don't **** around wit people. I got some real **** when I get mad. I start throwing **** at people and doin' all dis ****.That's what's up!!!!!!! But I don't cry cause I'm not a stupid ***** like some people. Aight!!!!!!!!!!!
