Young is a top SS. You should be able to net solid returns but right now is a bad time to deal him as his value is low.
Usually with Young - you could net and OF like Bay - but currently, I think reaching for Franceour or Teahan would be tough.
I'd wait a little bit longer - let Young go on a tear and then deal him when his value is a little better.
As for an SP - Lincecum if available would be a smart pick up - he is starting Sunday for SF and has some nasty stuff.

Hang on to Young - you probably won't get equal value for him right now.
Check out available free agents in your league .... here are some guys that may be out there:
SP - Ian Snell, Tom Gorazelly(sp?), Braden Looper, Micah Owings, Jason Marquis, Jeff Francis, Jason Hirsch
OF - Hunter Pence, Jose Guillen, Ryan Church, Aaron Rowand, Shannon Stewart
