Actually, this question was asked earlier and I'll give the same answer I did before: I think that the perfect punishment for Ms. Hilton would be to make her wear some really UGLY orange prison jumper and make her do community service picking up trash along a highway.
With her bare hands.

no. the reason is theres too many people in jail now that really shouldnt be there. community service is perfect for those who really have hurt no one, but a full jail makes states and counties money. if the general public knew what went on, they would have an accident in their pants. the courts love nothing better than to arrest someone whos employed and put them in jail. they get money from the feds, fine money, probation money, and they take anywhere from 25 to 50% of your gross income for work release. they are making a killing and they are not monitored. muninciple judges own alot of jails and programs that people are forced into to complete their sentances. our representitives get kick backs to pass laws that help them out. and its only getting worse.

I'd LOVE to see her in jail, but we all know, in the back of our minds that that isn't going to happen. Her dumbass dad will hire the best lawyer in the biz and get her off with a warning.

I just got arrested & went to jail for something I didn't do. They tried to starve & kill us & treat us like dogs, so I wouldn't wish jail on anyone after what I went through.
