since oxygen is the end product, i would assume it would be A. and it shouldn't be water, CO2, or ATP because ATP is short term energy for the most part....but yea id have to say A.

Your heading says photosynthesis, but the question asks about cellular respiration. The electron transport chain is the last stage of respiration. Electrons and H+ are both accepted by oxygen at the end of the electron transport chain. This makes the molecules of water that are given off during respiration.

Answer is A. oxygen

I agree, your question is confusing.

If you are talking about photosynthesis, the answer is water.
But if you are talking about aerobic cellular respiration it is oxygen.
