ALWAYS ALWAYS test the color of your foundation and powder. otherwise you'll get the mask and look terrible!
try a little on your jawline and wait a few minutes. then go outside and see what it looks like in natural light.
ALWAYS SEE WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE IN NATURAL LIGHT. like being outside in the sunlight.
um, don't wear dark lipliner and keep everything to a minimum.
never curl eyelashes WITH mascara on. always curl BEFORE mascara.
always wash it off before you go to bed.
don't keep re-applying powder. if your face gets oily, use oil blotting sheets.
don't wear freak out shades like bright white, aqua blue, pitch black, and hot pink on eyes, keep it subtle. you'll know what looks good. look at other girls around school and you'll see what you like.
apply just a tad of everything. nobody looks cute in 1/2 an inch of makeup.
powder is best applied with a brush and foundation with fingers. of course at 15 you don't need all that.
probably just a bit of eyeshadow, maybe mascara and some lip color and you'll be fine.
oh and for heaven's sake please don't wear lipstick. you're 15, stick to the easy stuff.
whew! that should do it.

for your face, i suggest that you don't do foundation just yet. teenagers have naturally beautiful skin and covering it up won't let the skin breathe. unless you have some serious scars or discolorations, or unless it's a special occasion, skip the foundation for now. use a concealer and coverup to hide pimples (if you happen to have them), and use powder to control oil (if you have a shiny complexion).
for eyes, use mascara and a light, shimmery shadow over the entire eyelid (this will help open up the eye). skip the eyeliner for now because if used incorrectly, liner can make the eyes seem smaller.
the teen years are a time for experimenting. so try bright, vibrant shades, try different colors of mascaras. test what looks good on you at home so you have an idea of what you like and what you don't like. don't be afraid to experiment.
also, read, read, read. i know you may be going "huh?", but trust me on this one. read makeup books, you can find lots of books on how to apply makeup in a lot of places. pick up a magazine and usually they'll have something about makeup. or you can simply go to a website and they will have lots of tips and tricks.

Start out with neutral colors. Revlon is reallyyy good. I personally use gold cream eyeshadow, brown eyeliner on my top lid, and nude lip liner for a day at school. It's not as in your face as something like bright green eyeshadow and pink lipstick.
Get someone at a makeup counter or Sephora to show you how to apply the makeup, because it looks bad if makeup is not well applied.

How about you get a girly avatar, the only you've now feels like a boy. If all else fails get a make over yet keep in concepts you're what you sense. there is not any longer something incorrect with being a tom boy, yet i have self belief that butch's are unacceptable.

Just about any grocery store makeup will do fine. The biggest thing to remember about wearing make up is to wash your face every night before bed. Remember that the more expensive the make up does not necessarily mean that it is better make up. Every line of expensive department store make up has a grocery store line. Lancome is the expensive one and L'Oreal is the cheaper version. Personally I would stay away from Mac make up as I have heard (from a dermatologist) that is is full of "not so good stuff" for your skin.
Remember to wash your face EVERY night.

You might want to get hypoallergenic products, as younger skin such as yours can be sensitive to makeup when you first start wearing it and it can make you break out.
It tells you on the back of the package. Try Maybelline or Cover Girl, I can;t remember if they are or not.

im 14 and i have been wearing make up for a while if you have sensitive skin i strongly suggest larenim eyeshadow and foundation, and i suggest not to overdue the whole smoky eyes/racoon makeup because its not very flattering,
also the kind of make up you wear depends on your eye color
heres a few examples
hazel eyes: deep pink with a touch of brown or apricot
brown eyes:light pink
blue eyes: dark blue, gray, light purple/pink (very light)
green eyes: very "earthy colors" greens, light to slightly dark browns good luck! oh and i don't suggest off name brands.
as for lips something light even a gloss with a tint brings out the true color of your lips slightly intensified. remember you want the make up to show of your natural beauty and to show off your face, you don't want to show off the makeup, and i suggest a clear mascara, and light toner around your eyes if you wear a darker shade, so that your face will look very even.
and you might want to start light first, and with larenim eyehadow it doubles as a eyeliner and is very comfortable.
and affordable! and you want to either use a brush of theirs on it, or pick up Q tips made for make up.
and most importantly don't forget to wash your face before bed! or else your prone to breakouts and it leaves your face feeling unclean and your makeup goes on difficult the next day! and if you do forget *which i have before* i suggest you don't wear any makeup for that day!
well i think i have talked enough! goodluck! : )

Try many different colors and brands until you find what suits you best. I have 1 brown mascara, 1 black mascara. I have a purple, blue, brown, green, and black eyeliner. I have neutral shades of eyeshadow, and some lip glosses. Different colors = different styles, so have some variety!

covergirl is pretty good.
if you don't need alot of makeup id say cg conceler for under your eyes, maybelline dream mousse blush, and masscara, you could find all this at like walmart or target. mabye even ask your mom to help pick out the right colors. cause if you dont get them you're makeup looks heavy and you look crusty and fake... it's gross. hah.

for middle skin tones gold eyesahdow is good and for lighter blues and grees. Purple eyeshadow goes well with hazel eyes. And blue and purple with blue and brown. Lipglosses that look good on your lips and black/brown eye liner. Black/brown mascara with a no clump brush
