PLEASE...
I am graduating in like less than 2 weeks and I am getting a pedicure and manicure and my nails and toenails are SHORT.
I need them to grow fast. PLEASE HELP!!
Graduation is on the 22nd of MAY!! please, please help
I am gonna try to drink milk though

Use Sally Hansen hard as nails nail polish, or get acrylics.

OPI makes a product called nail envy. Apply Nail Envy after your nails are free of any other products, clean and dry. Apply three coats, allowing each coat to dry between applications. Each day after that, for 7 days, apply one coat. On the eighth day remove all product from your nails and begin the process over again. This will work for you and you will see the results in seven days. Don't loose patience. You might try taking vitamins as well. Prenatal vitamins will work faster than a multivitamin. You can purchase the vitamins over the counter at any drug store. Good Luck. And remember longer, fake nails are not better. Nor are they worth the trauma the put on your natural nail beds. Well groomed shorter nails are always gorgeous.

A healthy diet can do wonders for your hair and nails. But if you eat like me, a daily multi-vitamin picks up the slack. Some say biotin can help but there has been little proof of this and the side effects to high doses are still relatively unknown. I'd keep your biotin to what you can find in foods (rich green veggies will have this.)

You could always go to Walmart and get some stick-on nails, I have used them before on my toes and my fingers and I get a lot of compliments. After lighting my toes on fire by accident a few days ago I think I may go with acrylic from now on! Congratulations on graduation! Hugs, PT

If you are a nail chewer, keep them out of your mouth by trying Bitter Orange Spray. You can get it at the pet sore. It worked awesome for my niece.

Go to walmart or sallys because theres this nail polish that is clear that helps nails go fast! It really works!! good luck!!!!

This sounds werid but wash dishes...trust me warm water softens the cuticles and your nails will grow!
