A specific feeling I get when the situation is ideal for me. Since the feeling makes me happy, the bliss compounds to something beyond the ability to be explained. It's contentment, mixed with perfection of the moment, inner peace, happiness, expectation of the bliss of the next coming moment, and my will for it not to end that combines with the balance of knowing to let go of all outcomes, that all things pass in time. This makes the moment more rich. Gold wouldn't be so valuable if it was as common as rocks on the ground. It's this perfect balance between all extremity that makes it absolutely perfect. I want more and for it to stay, but I let it go and refuse to care if it stays or goes, and in the midsts of these feelings the bliss's compounding nature I find a sweet spot outstanding for my perspective of happiness. The more I practice it and focus on it for prolonged periods of time, the more I empower my ability to seem to manifest it. Triggered by: Thoughts of an Ideal future, Bliss in Nostalgia, Successes, Ideal Morning Conditions, Proper accommodations, and most importantly, My love. These are absolutely amazing.

Sometimes, something like a new car...big things can make me happy...for awhile. Then, sometimes, little thing can make me happy. Like just now...I made a 'cat toy' for my cat and he just LOVES it! We have been playing together for the last few minutes. He races around, jumps on the couch, darts back and forth...just thrilled with his new toy! I laugh and laugh at him...such a cutie!

I find that happiness is a strange thing...it comes in spurts...dark clouds will move in and then the sun comes out! We are exactly like nature...always in motion...somthing changing all the time. I try t go with the flow...I find that makes me happy more of the time...just go with the flow. =D

Anytime, socially, when I don't feel like a square peg trying to fit in a round hole. Acceptance.

Peace
