Yes you can. It is actually better for you to do so. If you are experiencing any yeasty-ness down there you can even try adding a few drops of grapefruit seed extract to your water.

The only time you should douche is if you are so full of yeast the Monistat can't reach your vaginal wall! [ per GYN doc ]
IF you do douche, use vinegar and water [ no you won't smell like a pickle ] because it is the same pH [ acidity ] as the vagina, and won't damage the helpful bacteria we need there.

Douching is bad---no matter what you use.
It destroys the natural good bacteria in the vagina. If you have a smell down there, then you probably have an infection and you need to the the GYN.
Don't douche.

while i became into pumping and bottle feeding I used a cup of heat water. i might fill the cup from the bathing room on the way into infant's room. placed the bottle into the cup of heat water, pickup the newborn, substitute him and cuddle him. by utilising that factor the bottle became into now no longer chilled. as quickly as we switched to formula, we placed the water interior the bottle and premeasured powder in a sprint tupperware made for it (it became into like $3 at aim) and set the two on the textile cloth wardrobe. while infant wakened, we'd mixture the powder into the water shake and be achieved with it. there's no reason formula ought to be heat. see you later because it somewhat is no longer chilled. IMHO - bottle heaters are a waste of money.

You could, but don't get too carried away with it. I suppose if you are sure it's just water.
