I cannot imagine wanted to be more popular on Yahoo, unless you are ill or home-bound.

I would have to agree with some of the other yahoo answerer's on here when I say that I used to think I was more popular in my real life than on Yahoo Answers. Now, I don't really believe that. I had some " real people" who I thought I was calling my friends, but they turned out to be users. So, my contacts on yahoo answers seem like my " real life", while my " real-real" life seems like my fake one. I am really glad that the yahoo answers came up with a way that you can interact with people on here. I love adding new people to my contacts. But only the ones who I know are sincere. I don't have that many friend my " real life", only about 4 or 5 close ones. The others who I thought were my friends I have deleted them permanently from my friend list. So, to answer your question, no, I'm not more popular in my real life than I am on Yahoo Answers. And in a way, that is really, really, sad.

Since I got into Yahoo!Answers a month ago I have become rather popular. In real life I do know lots of people but they don't seem to bother what I think about certain matters. In Y!A there seems to be friends who bother to know what I think or feel about things. Thanks contacts and fans! and Y!A.

Well, I'd say real life, and I sure hope everyone else does too. I basically apply things, like books, websites, and advice about friends that i use in my everyday life and apply it to this website, but no, i'm not like an Answers celebrity and an outcast in life or anything, lol.

There's a lot more people on YA than where I live, so it would be on YA if you did it by overall numbers.
But if you did it by percentage of population, then more popular in real life.
