There are more today then in 1899.. Many people believe in things other than Jesus Christ. And because they have no foundation for Christian education in schools today. The USA was founded on principals of God to be reverend.
The ten commandments use to be accepted as a foundation for our living. Today there is no role models or TV shows that encourage Christian life. And there is no prayer. what is right(morals) and values are not practice. The golden rule (do unto others as you would have then do unto you) is forgotten.
Schools today have teacher molesting children. Prayer taken out of schools is a bad thing. Students today are not sure what to believe..
