use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol. It's not really recommended because it dries out your skin a lot, but gets rid of them.

Do not use soap to wash face.
1. In 1 spoon of basen atta add half a spoon of haldi.
wash face with this.
2. Use plain chandan as a pack everyday.
3. At night clean face and apply Betnovat-C
it is a skin cream (medicine). It is excellent. Just use it for a week
and then stop. You see the difference.
4. You can also try jaiphal as a pack.
This is what I do, Gives excellent results.

if you have insurance a dermatologist, he can prescribe retina or a pill, if not you can buy dove or nuetrogena non frag facial soap and the nuetrogena acne cream as that does wonders, keep any perfumes away from your face and use a makeup that is non comedic, clinque is the best for sensitive skin, stay away from towels that have fabric softener in them to as that will cause break outs. Treat your face as sensitive as possible, and try not to touch a lot during the day as you will only aggravate it more.

Dove or any unscented soap is good. I would not recommend pills because its has its consequences in the future. Always try to do with out medications first (especially since it could leave marks). Change your diet (no spicy food), wash your face twice a day, apply lotion such as Olay Complete.

Eat a pinch of dry neem flower(available in the market) daily for 3 months. Homeopathic medicines work wonders. Try at the earliest.

Try your best not to touch your skin (you have bacteria on your fingers that can casue pimples) . also keep your hair clean, so dirty hair won't touch your skin.
Wash your skin with a gentle cleanser morning and night.
You can use an exfoliater once a week to deeply clean your pores, and leave your skin rejuvinated.

Procativ really works, I absolutley reccomend it. I have used it and it really worked for me. If your problem is huge and persists than Accutane is he next step. I known ppl who have taken Accutane and it has worked for them. Just remember with Accutane and Proactiv you will break out a bit more first and then your pimples will go away. you gain something you will ahve to be patient.....
