I didn't know that tigers were taking Viagra - who writes their prescriptions, and does the pharmacy deliver or do the tigers have to hitch-hike into town?

You mean tigers in captivity? I don't think they have any trouble breeding in captivity. In a zoo in Thailand, they experimented with making male panda bears watch panda porno-movies to make them more willing to mate. It didn't work. So maybe THEY should try viagra.
