Heyy.. hate to tell you this but it may be the only wayy :[ Honestly i was scared to death of using one the first time, but as soon as i got over my fear i havent used a pad since... tampons are like miracles lol you cant even feel them at all! The one time i went swimming on my period without a tampon i just wore Soffee shorts and put an extra small pad in my bathing suit...but you have to constantly make sure its in there and not floating next to you, also this wont work if your periods bad when you guys go, you should only use it if you are BARELY bleeding or else it might show up in the pool. If you use a tampon though just make sure you read the little booklet in the box or else you could put it in wrong and it is very uncomfortable, trust meee lol. Well i hope everything goess well :]

I used to feel the same way!!! tampons aren't that bad.. that will be your easiest solution. some of my friends have used birth control pills to change the date of their period.. but i don't think thats healthy... just use a tampon.. its not bad. Just make sure its in deep enough and get used to it a few days before you go to the water park and it won't be a big deal anymore. Then you won't be a prisoner to your period!

Even though you don't want ot use a tampon, you may have to. There really is no other way to go about it. If you are scared or don't like the idea, don't be. It is really easy, and you will like them better than pads after you get the hang of it.

Either don't go, or use a tampon. You could actually use a pad, but it wouldn't work, you would look like an idiot, and it would possibly be one of the most embarrassing things to happen to anyone EVER.
so its tampon, or don't go.
and btw, they're not scary... i used to think they were... they're much more comfortable than a pad too.

You seriously need to learn how to use a tampon. Once you do you will wonder why you didn't start using them earlier. It makes it so much easier to deal with your monthly visit and allows you to go swimming without everyone knowing it is your time.

in case you have already desperate you're going interior the water in the present day why are you asking the question? i in my view wouldnt placed on a pad with the aid of fact it somewhat is going to take up lake water that could desire to convey approximately an infection. a tampon may well be a thank you to bypass. in view that that's your first era if its to no longer heavy you ought to use a 'lite' one that isnt as great.

you either use a tampon or you spend the whole day out of the pool. you cant wear a pad in the pool, and you cant get in the pool without any protection because you will have blood pouring down your legs when you get out of the pool plus its a very unsanitary

Yea uhh, Tampon or don't go, because that blood is nasty NATURAL, but still nasty and yeah it is nasty so use a tampon or DON"T GO, besides you'll wind up embarrasing yourself if someone finds out and worse yet they'll prolly start rumors so USE ONE! or don't go.
